Ricardo Vidal is the Lead Technician at Alphacord Media Group. Based in the Greater New York Area, he brings over a decade of experience in AV, IT, and network integration to the company’s corporate network builds and high-end media production studios.

Assuming his current leadership role in 2022, Vidal directs large-scale technology deployments and advanced troubleshooting operations. Backed by specialized certifications in Cisco networking and IT project management, he oversees hardware setups and network configurations to ensure strict quality control and system optimization.

On the job site, Vidal serves as the primary technical authority. Alongside his daily integration work, he actively mentors junior technicians and leads community technology workshops, supporting the practical skill development of Alphacord’s field teams.
